Free and Paid Options: We offer a free tier (up to 2 GB) and premium plans with more features. Details are on our pricing page.

3. What You Can't Do

• Upload or share viruses, malware, or anything that could harm others or the Service.
• Use the Service to break laws, infringe copyrights, or harass anyone.
• Try to hack, overload, or mess with our systems.
• Upload more than 20 files in a single transfer (please use a zip file if you need to share more files).

4. Our Rights

File Handling: We don't own your files, but we may store them temporarily to deliver them. Files on the free tier may be deleted after 7 days; premium users get longer storage.

Service Changes: We can update, suspend, or stop the Service anytime, though we'll try to let you know if it affects you.

Termination: If you break these terms, we can suspend or ban your access without notice.

5. Privacy

We care about your data. Check our Privacy Policy to see how we collect, use, and protect your information.

6. Liability

As-Is Service: We provide the Service "as is." We'll do our best, but we don't guarantee it'll be perfect, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Limits: We're not liable for damages from your use of the Service beyond what the law requires. If something goes wrong (like lost files), our liability caps at what you paid us in the last month (if anything).

Ours: The Fileshare.dev name, logo, and tech are ours. Don't use them without permission.

Yours: You keep ownership of your files. By uploading, you give us permission to process and share them as needed to provide the Service.

We might update these terms. If it's a big change, we'll post a notice on the site. Keep using the Service, and you agree to the new terms.
